2025 Medical Camp Update

On our 2025 mission trip, Kathy and I (Tom Caprio,) learned about a recent KGM Medical Camp that was held in Andhra Pradesh. While the camp’s four doctors and three nurses treated over 150 patients (in just seven hours!) State Overseer, Pastor Jayapaul and his leaders prayed, shared the Gospel, and conducted hygiene classes for the families and children.

Two children, who had never had an eye exam in their lives, received corrective eyewear.

Later, their mother searched out Jayapaul just to tell him she had never seen such compassion and love from other religions and asked him questions about Jesus.

Jayapaul told us, “Her response is common. She saw our medical camp as a testimony to God’s healing power and love. We need to show the love of Jesus to our people. Medical camps are a great way to do that.”

So far, over 2,000 people have seen the love of Jesus demonstrated at just eight KGM medical camps. Imagine the impact we will see if we adopt the same "I want to heal you " attitude Jesus had with the leper!  We can if we are willing to help all 138 KGM churches hold medical camps.

The man bowed down before Jesus and said, “Lord, you have the power to heal me if you want.” Jesus touched the man. He said, “I want to heal you. Be healed!” Matthew 8:2-3
